Junior Business Consultant
As a Junior Business Consultant you will
- work directly with customers and with our solutions partners / technical teams towards project delivery (presales, implementation)
- hold business and technical conversations with the customers to understand requirements and needs
- foster a positive and collaborative experience for customers to implement and extend Lysify’s + partners’ offerings
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact point for many customers during implementation and set the foundation for long term customer relationship
- Coordinate implementation activities from sale to delivery and into operation phases
- Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live meetings;
- Meet and exceed targets for delivery value and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
-2-3 years project / project management experience with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with modern techniques and tools is an advantage, including
- Experience in implementing Cloud / SaaS / CpaaS or similar solutions is an advantage
- Consulting/customer service relationship background
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills (both Greek and English)
- Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual delivery goals
- Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
